Description
- Retrieve and verify patient information from the central database for the preparation and printing of medical certificates.
- Process urgent medical certificates and attachments in response to client requests.
- Coordinate the transfer of certificates to agencies such as NIS, Liberian, and other foreign entities after verifying patient data.
- Verify and include lab and medical test results with certificates prior to doctor review.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on patient examinations and task completion for supervisory review.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure proper shutdown of equipment daily.
- Upload medical documents to designated client systems and websites as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations
- Graduate of SHS or any 2-year or 4-year course.
- Computer literate
- Very good clerical skills
- Keen and detail-oriented
- Willing to extend working hours
- Willing to have Saturday duties and to be assigned in shifting schedule
- Can start work asap
