Job Summary

The Medical Billing Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for medical billing staff. This role involves providing comprehensive education on billing processes, coding standards, compliance regulations, and best practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the billing cycle. The trainer will conduct workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing training to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, ultimately supporting the organization's revenue cycle performance.
