Description

An analyst is an individual who collects, filters, organizes and analyzes data from various platforms and database in order to produce or curate reports that will guide clients/end-users to make informed and strategic decisions. The successful candidate should be able to quickly adapt and master the preferred platform/s to properly evaluate data; comprehend, digest and analyze large volume of data; and provide quick and spot-on analysis within the given timeframe.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collect and collate relevant data from various sources and platform
  • Across required languages according to the project brief.
  • Group and structure the data based on predefined criteria/topics using various data analytics formula.
  • Assess, analyze, and summarize data into a well-crafted report that complies with project standards and objectives, and the style guide within the allotted turnaround time.
  • Stay abreast of current affairs and updates on the industry identified in the project brief.
  • Implement changes and edit the report in a timely manner, respond promptly to queries about the curated report and comply with theto the feedback of Account Supervisors, Project Managers or Project Lead. 
  • Provide quick and regular timely updates on the progress of the report curation.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams across the organization.
  • Comply with the predefined SOPs and workflows unique to each project. Efficiently manage tasks and projects using project management tools and Google products.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and continuously seek opportunities for learning and growth. Attend briefing sessions, training, re-training, huddle sessions scheduled for each delegated project. 

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical abilities to comprehend and analyze complex data sets.
  • Ability to deliver work efficiently within a timely schedule without compromising the quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for integrated collaboration.
  • Current knowledge on social and global trends.
  • Eagerness for continuous learning, growth, and adoption of new skills.
  • Proficiency in the usage of project management tools, communication tools (skype, slack), Excel, Sheets and otherand Google products.
  • At least senior high school graduate or college undergraduate, or equivalent certification or equivalent experience in the editorial, traditional media, digital media, or communication-field is preferred.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a remote work set up.
  • Can commit to being connected/online at all times during work hours to curate reports, and promptly answer queries, clarifications and feedback via messaging/communication tools.
  • Can commit to attend the training for 5am-2pm or 8am-5pm
  • Can commit to work with 3-4 hours starting 5am onwards
