Description
- Deliver packages efficiently and on time
- Follow designated routes and maintain schedules
- Ensure timely delivery of packages, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure proper handling and security of items during transport
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in courier or delivery services preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent driving skills, navigation abilities, and familiarity with local routes.
- Working Conditions: May involve long hours on the road and varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills.
