Marketing Supervisor involves engaging your customers at the store or location level. It is at this local level where you have the best connection with your customers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reinforces proper procedure and details of the assigned LSM platform
• Works with key individuals in planning mini-market activities and sponsorships within the community
• Conducts competitors’ check to ensure we stay up-to-date on new promos and merchandise offered in the market
• Handles overall marketing preparation of pre-opening restaurants within the assigned area by coordinating closely with key stakeholder
• Collaborates with a cross-functional team and cascade new tie-ups or promotion updates to restaurant management teams.
• Ensures and monitors proper execution and impact of all launched promotions and activities
• Builds brand awareness and loyalty within the community through partnerships, school/mall activations, visibility projects, and special family occasions
