1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in market operations or digital marketing;

2. Experience in executing marketing activities for Web3 projects, familiar with the cryptocurrency community ecosystem;

3. Proficient in social media operations and content planning, with the ability to operate in multiple languages;

4. Data-driven mindset, capable of independently conducting event performance analysis and optimization;

5. Fluent in English, knowledge of Southeast Asian local languages is preferred.
