Description

  • Manages the E-commerce platforms for Complex and other assigned brands
  • Develop campaigns, designs, and layouts for the E-commerce platform
  • Create engagements and sales for the platform
  • Handles requirements of multi-brand outlet stores and creates local marketing strategies to help increase sales achievement of the stores
  • Maximizes the use of mall resources and materials to promote the stores
  • Conducts regular store visits for updates
  • Reports weekly updates for retail stores during alignment meetings
  • Prepares post-event reports, evaluations, and recommendations after every project/event
  • Scouts for possible merchant/company tie-ups or cross-promotions
  • Assists in special projects that will help the performance of the stores and the team
  • Manages, implements, and analyzes local marketing plans that mainly aim to increase foot traffic of multi-brand outlet stores
  • Facilitates and evaluates opportunities for store incremental sales
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate head

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Business Administration course
  • At least 1 year experience with online shopping sites and social media platform
  • Proficient in basic software application: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop and Adobe Premier
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skill
  • Excellent organization, planning and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results driven. Requires minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends for event (or as needed)
