Description
- Plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns for both imported and in-house products.
- Execute digital strategies across social media, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Collaborate with creatives, and sales teams for brand launches and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support trade marketing activities such as merchandising, activations, and offline promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of marketing experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to execute strategies aligned with business goals.
