Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead and oversee various marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from planning to implementation. This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in project management, public relations, event coordination, and team oversight to drive brand awareness and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and in-store channels to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales. Lead brand collaborations, campaigns, loyalty programs, and merchandising initiatives.


  • Project & Campaign Management:

Plan, coordinate, and track marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and performance optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution across all channels.


  • Events & Activations:

Organize and manage corporate events, product launches, sponsorships, and brand activations, overseeing logistics, vendors, and stakeholder coordination to deliver impactful brand experiences.


  • Public Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners. Represent the company in public-facing engagements including events, collaborations, and occasional media interviews.


  • Team Leadership & Oversight:

Lead and mentor the marketing team with clear direction, task delegation, and performance feedback. Ensure creative execution aligns with brand standards across all media and retail channels.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, branding, social media management, or retail marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong creativity, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
