Role Summary:

  • As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for leading and implementing the branding and marketing strategies to help the company establish a strong online presence that aligns with the organization’s overall business objectives.


  • You’re a great fit for our Sales and Marketing team if you possess excellent social media marketing skills, solid project management skills, capability to think out of the box, exceptional attention to detail with a knack for multi-tasking, resilience in navigating stressful situations, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. You are at an advantage if you have previous experiences in leading marketing teams under your belt.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement long and short-term Marketing strategies
  • Identify and monitor the accomplishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Craft branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional and advertising materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Create innovative external and internal marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
  • Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
  • Liaise effectively with internal team members
  • Perform all duties assigned


Regular employment/Hybrid set-up/Dayshift/ Location: BGC Taguig

Requirements

  • Minimum educational attainment of at least college graduate with a degree on Marketing, Advertising, or any related degree
  • Total experience of at least 5 years in the Marketing field
  • Proficient in the use of online tools and platforms such as Google Suite, Google Analytics, MS Office, Adobe, and Canva
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement
