Description

1. Develop and implement market strategies focused on sales growth, directly responsible for sales performance (KPI), ensuring achievement of goals at each stage.

2. Coordinate internal teams and external resources to closely align marketing activities with sales objectives, creating a performance feedback loop.

3. Plan and execute online (AMA, live broadcasts, etc.) and offline (trade shows, roadshows, industry summits, etc.) promotional activities, ensuring efficient traffic conversion into actual sales performance.

4. Optimize marketing solutions through data analysis and customer feedback to increase the number of acquisitions and conversion rates.

5. Deeply explore Web3 user needs, design precise promotion, collaboration, and channel expansion strategies to rapidly grow customer base and market share.

6. Establish and maintain sales channels and customer relationships, promoting contracts, repeat purchases, and long-term cooperation to enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).

Requirements

1. No restrictions on education and major in principle. A bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors related to marketing, international business, communication, etc.

2. Over 3 years of market or sales experience in the Web3/blockchain field, with quantifiable market or sales achievement cases.

3. Excellent cross-team communication and business negotiation skills, able to independently drive business implementation.

4. Familiar with online and offline market promotion channels and sales conversion processes, able to closely align market activities with sales targets.

5. Result-oriented, with strong data analysis and KPI management capabilities, able to meet goals under pressure.

6. Proficient in English for work purposes, with experience in overseas market expansion preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

1. Possession of a mature Web3 sales network and customer resources.

2. Experience in sales conversion in niche fields such as DePIN.

3. Expertise in calculating marketing activity ROI and optimizing conversion funnels.
