We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor with experience in jewelry display, retail marketing, and store management. This role involves store visits, overseeing marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth store operations while coordinating with our Guangzhou headquarters.

• Conduct store visits to monitor staff performance and store operations.
• Ensure proper jewelry display & visual merchandising.
• Implement and oversee marketing campaigns.
• Train and support regional managers, store managers, and clerks.
• Analyze sales trends and report findings to headquarters.

• 3-5 years experience in marketing or retail management (jewelry experience is a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills
• Knowledge of visual merchandising & sales strategies
• Willing to travel for store visits
