Position: Mandarin Admin Translator
Industry: Retail Company
Location: San Nicolas, Manila City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Saturday) | (8 am-5 pm)
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Work Onsite
- Translate documents into English and Mandarin.
- Schedule meetings/events and take detailed notes.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
- Additional tasks will be given by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements
- Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Graduate in a business management course or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in doing Admin-related tasks.
- Ability to translate documents in English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
