A Management Trainee is an entry-level professional who undergoes structured training to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various departments. The goal is to prepare them for future managerial positions within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to understand company operations.
• Rotate through different departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gain a comprehensive understanding of business functions.
• Assist managers with daily tasks, including policy implementation and strategic planning.
• Analyze business performance, generate reports, and provide insights for improvement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Develop leadership and decision-making skills through mentorship and practical experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Managing a team is a plus but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
