Description
- Visit unfamiliar customers and register the carrier information ledger;
- Conduct line quotation, negotiation, and track the signing of contract to customers; And complete the collection and archiving of customer data;
- Follow up on the daily needs of customers vehicles;
- Coordinate the relationship with customers, and put forward logistics solutions according to the needs of business development;
- Keep track of customer payments;
- Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the company;
- Other duties will be discussed upon interview
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strategic planning, supply chain management, customer service excellence, quality management, and strong negotiation skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate logistics operations, ensure timely delivery, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain processes.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits; may involve extended hours during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical thinker, effective communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
