Job description

·         Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support.

·         Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.

·         Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts

·         Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets

·         Addressing customer concerns and finding innovative solutions for complex logistical challenges

·         Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of shipment transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations

·         Collaborating with other departments to optimize logistical services

·         Developing and maintaining an effective and excellent customer relationship

·         End of the day report submission as well as Monthly sales report

Requirements

·         Age:  30 – 38 years old

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Marketing/ Accountancy, BS. Customs Administration

·         At least 3 years Sales experience in the logistics field (Air/Sea Freight and Courier service for local and international clients)

·         Must have a very good understanding of Air and Sea freight sales concepts, methods, and techniques

·         Having a proven record of sales success and in-depth knowledge of logistics products and service procedures. 

·         Must be able to develop strong business relationships within all levels of the company and with potential and existing clients

·         Negotiation skill: excellent

·         Communication skill: excellent communication skills to convey information on the company’s solutions to clients and prospects, as well as to provide customer support as needed (via face to face, telecon, or email)

·         Proficiency in Computer: Microsoft Office applications

·         Team player: He or She can work and contribute in a team-oriented environment

·         Able to work under pressure and under supervision

·         Time management and ability to multitask
