1. Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with client requirements to update vessel movements, cargo loading/unloading progress, and crew change status; coordinate immigration and customs procedures;

2. Familiar with vessel import/export procedures; collaborate with Philippine authorities to expedite maritime and customs clearance processes;

3. Finalize quotations from agents, government departments, and suppliers; prepare quotation sheets, monthly statements, and manage accounts receivable/payable;

4. Monitor the validity of offshore vessel certificates and arrange timely renewals; coordinate required inspections and handle emergent issues; assist owners in arranging dry-docking and related matters;

5. Coordinate and address vessel owners’ requirements; provide timely updates on crew changes; assist with crew visa processing and manage emergencies;

2. Qualifications & Requirements

1. Degree in Nautical Science, Maritime Transport, Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Languages, or related fields preferred.

2. Fluent spoken English with the ability to use it as a working language (CET-6 certification preferred); strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

3. Strong learning ability, effective teamwork and communication, and flexibility.

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, resilience under pressure, and problem-solving abilities.
