- Managing all aspects of food preparation and production in an environment that meets sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- 25 to 40 yrs old
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or any related field in preferred but not required
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a high volume kitchen, preferably in banquet experience
- Can work under pressure
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Ability to remain calm in a fast faced environment
