- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service.
- Adapt to changing priorities and high-pressure environments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a high-paced kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene, mise-en-place, and customer service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen, requires heavy lifting and long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-starter, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
