What You’ll Do

As a Store Pharmacist you will report to our Senior Pharmacist as well as the business-owners, and you will have a key supporting role in building and scaling our innovative pharmacy chain. Your contributions will be critical to our success, and strong performance could lead to the opportunity to become an area manager or other more senior position.

From the start you will be based at our second store in Amadeo, Cavite, however, the capability and willingness to work across multiple branches across other parts of Cavite as we expand would be highly beneficial. This would be to provide leadership and mentoring to a team of pharmacy assistants in addition to running the stores when necessary. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing most aspects of daily store operations, including customer service, medication dispensing, staff management, and ensuring safe and effective pharmaceutical use. Working 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
  • Legal compliance.
  • Establishing and maintaining high standards, developing procedures and policies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the ongoing professional development of pharmacy assistants through rigorous training.
  • Depending on experience levels, supporting the ongoing professional development of fellow pharmacists that are less experienced than you.
  • Continually working to improve all aspects of store operations through feedback to the Director of Pharmacy Operations.
  • Possibly work and grow towards becoming an area manager, overseeing the operational management of a number of stores in southern Cavite. Working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Compensation

As we expand, we aim to provide a comprehensive compensation package, but to begin with, this is what we will provide:

  • P20,000 - P25,000 per month depending on experience.
  • Signing bonus of P10,000 (payable after passing probation).
  • 13th month pay.
  • 15 days paid time off.
  • HMO (to commence after passing probation).
  • Minimum one meal provided per in-store shift.

Requirements

What You Possess

  • A Bachelor's of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
  • A valid PRC license and with a certificate of good standing that is available for a FDA LTO application.
  • A good knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Exceptional understanding of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently in both English & Tagalog.
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to patient care.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems and technology.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.


Other Requirements

  • For easier commuting/travel, residency in Amadeo/Indang/Silang/Mendez/Alfonso/Tagaytay, Cavite is preferred, but for the right candidate some relocation assistance may be available if needed.
  • Prepared to travel to multiple branches across Cavite, and from time-to-time to the franchisor’s main branch/office in Manila.

Bonus Points:

  • Possession of own vehicle and willing to drive it for work-related travel.
  • Have experience managing other pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
