Description
- Finding Mall Space for Lease
- Assist with tenant inquiries and property showings.
- Support lease administration and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective tenants.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for available units.
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with property management teams.
- Assist with rent collection and tenant communication.
- Can do negotiation with the admins of the malls.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in leasing or real estate.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in the English language.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits; may require evening or weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, and customer-service oriented individuals who work well in a team.
- With connection of the admins of the malls.
