Description

  • Promote and market available exhibit spaces to potential exhibitors through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with exhibitors.
  • Assist in negotiating lease agreements and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for exhibits.
  • Monitor lease payments and follow up with exhibitors to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments, agreements, and outstanding balances.
  • Assist in resolving any disputes or concerns related to leasing and payments.
  • Maintain an updated database of exhibitors, lease agreements, and payment statuses.
  • Provide regular reports on leasing performance, collections, and occupancy rates.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field or college level
  • At least 0-1 year of experience in leasing, sales, collections, or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in event management, retail leasing, or property management is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to attract and close deals with exhibitors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage leasing and collection tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, especially in handling contracts, invoices, and payment records.
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional and persuasive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel or visit exhibit locations as needed.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours during exhibit events.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling financial transactions.
