As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that drive professional growth and organizational success. You will collaborate with teams across the company to develop impactful learning solutions that enhance skills, improve performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
• Conduct skills assessments and identify learning needs across departments.
• Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive content.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Support leadership development, onboarding, and career progression initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest L&D trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with instructional design and e-learning tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is a plus.
