Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in training and development roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and instructional design skills; proficiency in training software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement training programs, assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require travel for workshops or trainings.
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable, proactive, collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
