Zenith Project is an AI-driven LinkedIn prospecting service that automates cold outreach while keeping it personal and effective. We’re redefining how businesses generate quality sales meetings by leveraging advanced AI, real sales psychology, and human optimization. As we grow, we’re building a team of highly motivated sales professionals to help scale our success.
We are seeking results-driven AI Sales Development Representatives to join our team (multiple positions available). In this role, you will refine AI-generated messaging in order to engage prospects on LinkedIn and book high-quality meetings for our clients. You’ll work with a shared client base (currently 10 clients) and help drive real results through personalized conversations and strategic outreach. This is a commission-based role with a modest guaranteed base, designed to reward your performance directly.

We’re in a phase of rapid growth and will be culling and scaling quickly. This is an ideal role for someone who is ambitious, loves a challenge, and wants to grow into a full-time, high-earning sales professional within a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Optimize AI-generated LinkedIn messages to ensure conversations feel natural, human, and compelling.
+ Engage with prospects, qualify leads, and set up quality meetings that progress into your clients’ sales pipelines.
+ Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously improve outreach strategies.
+ Collaborate with our team to share feedback and refine messaging processes.
+ Manage communications and prioritize leads across a shared client base, ensuring balanced and consistent engagement.
Compensation & Benefits:
+ Guaranteed Base Pay:
~ $250 per month for part-time
+ Commission:
~ $10 per qualified Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) meeting booked (standard commission)
(Upon hiring, there is a 3-week training period with a base pay of $50 weekly (full commissions apply). After training, the full base pay of $125 biweekly is provided.)

Requirements:
