• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and industry resources.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives and target audience.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed lead information for further action.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving lead generation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine lead generation strategies and enhance targeting accuracy.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure effective lead generation strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in lead generation, data research, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis software.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining lead databases and records.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.

• Set-up and Location: WFH or Onsite (Ortigas, Pampanga, Alabang or Cebu)
• Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
