Description
- Assist with the setup, cleaning, and preparation of work areas and materials.
- Perform manual tasks such as lifting, digging, loading/unloading materials, and transporting supplies.
- Operate hand tools and light machinery as directed (e.g., drills, saws, forklifts).
- Follow instructions from supervisors or skilled workers to complete tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the disposal of debris and waste materials.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Support other workers and team members as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
- Previous experience in labor or construction work is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
