Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual CSR—Korean speaker—to join our team.
- You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support to Korean-speaking clients through various communication channels such as chat.
- Your main goal is to ensure client satisfaction by resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Fluent in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Filipino nationals are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a CSR or BPO setting is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be customer-focused, patient, and empathetic
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
- Computer literate and comfortable using various platforms
