Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team for promotional activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in quality control, operations management, teamwork, inventory and cost management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and handle documentation.
- Working Conditions: May involve long hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication.
