Description
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Help with inventory management and supply ordering
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and chefs
- Perform dishwashing and equipment maintenance
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene practices, and mise-en-place. Able to perform heavy lifting, with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential for extended standing and heavy lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-starter, team player with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
