About the role



Join the dynamic team at Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc. as a Key Accounts Specialist. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in managing and expanding relationships with our key retail partners across Metro Manila. Your expertise and exceptional customer service skills will be instrumental in driving sales growth and brand visibility for our diverse cosmetics and beauty products.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our top retail accounts, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries promptly

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase sales, product placement, and brand awareness within key retail partners

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and implement impactful sales and promotional activities

• Monitor and analyse account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing data-driven strategies

• Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance and key insights

• Foster strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers at our top retail accounts

• Assist with the implementation of merchandising and visual display standards to ensure optimal brand presence in-store

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a key accounts, sales, or relationship management role within the retail or consumer products industry

• Proven track record of successfully growing and retaining key accounts

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify insights and develop effective strategies

• Passion for the cosmetics and beauty industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to achieve goals

• Area of assignment either Metro Manila, south area and Bulacan area
