【Job Description】

1. Participate in and be responsible for the development of the MoeGo business system, supporting core scenarios;

2. Participate in and be responsible for the stability construction, alerting, monitoring, disaster recovery, and degradation of the business system;

3. Participate in the design and implementation of system solutions that are scalable and maintainable;

4. Assist the Tech Lead in building the technical team and managing the team, enhancing the overall technical capabilities and business understanding of the team.

【Job Requirements】

1. At least three years of development experience, with a bachelor's degree or higher;

2. Proficient in one of the development languages such as Java/C++/Go, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to independently take on tasks and effectively manage project timelines;

3. Experience in team building and team management is preferred;

4. Strong learning ability, a strong sense of responsibility towards the product, excellent communication skills, and outstanding teamwork abilities.
