2. Responsible for researching new features of K8s and providing guidance and recommendations based on the current company situation.

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of K8s environments, service integration, cost optimization, and more.

4. Responsible for writing relevant documentation for K8s operations and establishing operational standards.

1. Familiarity with Linux systems, TCP/IP network protocols, and basic computer knowledge;

2. Proficient in at least one programming language such as Shell, Python, or Go, with relevant development experience;

3. Familiarity with the management, scheduling, operation, and security mechanisms of the Kubernetes ecosystem products and proficiency in their use;

4. Familiarity with the Kubernetes extension system including Operator, CRD, CSI, CNI, and CRI, with relevant operations or development experience;

5. Strong engineering capabilities, with expertise in at least one subfield of operations or infrastructure, such as public cloud networking, SRE, DevOps, or cloud-native;

6. Understanding of the content and processes of operations work, with thoughtful insights into the direction of operations, and a concept of an operations system;
