Job Responsibilities:
- Community management and user growth: Actively participate in community building through social media platforms (such as WeChat groups, QQ groups, Douyin, Weibo, etc.), attracting and engaging target user groups, guiding potential users to the company's community, and enhancing user conversion rates through ongoing interaction and content marketing.
- Organizing offline events: Regularly organize offline gatherings, salons, and other social activities to increase face-to-face interactions with potential clients, fostering the establishment and conversion of user relationships. If necessary, you may participate in relevant out-of-town events, working with the team to drive business expansion.
- Content creation and marketing: Regularly publish content on social media (including but not limited to industry news, product features, user stories, etc.) to attract interested users and guide them to join the community or convert into paying users.
- Customer maintenance and conversion: Provide personalized consultations and product recommendations based on customer needs and interests, facilitating user registration, course purchases, or other financial product acquisitions.
- Market feedback collection: Gather market information and user feedback through interactions with users, promptly relaying customer needs to the company's product and marketing departments to assist in optimizing products and services.
- Achieving sales targets: Complete daily user growth, conversion, and revenue goals based on the sales targets set by the company, ensuring sustained sales performance increases.
- Multi-channel customer expansion: Establish contact with clients through various channels such as phone calls, social media, and offline events to expand the potential customer base, and continuously follow up to improve conversion rates.
- Brand promotion and word-of-mouth marketing: Enhance brand awareness and reputation in the target market by continuously optimizing user experience and product promotion, thereby increasing user loyalty.
Job Requirements:
- At least two years of sales experience: Experience in selling financial products, education and training, or related industries, with an understanding of customer needs and the ability to effectively promote products. Experience in real estate, automotive sales, or similar industries will be considered a plus.
- Brand promotion and word-of-mouth marketing: Enhance brand awareness and reputation in the target market through continuous optimization of user experience and product promotion, thereby increasing user loyalty.
- Extensive network resources: Possess strong networking capabilities, able to leverage personal relationships and social circles to expand the market influence of the company's products, particularly in the mainland China market.
- Social media experience: Familiar with and able to effectively utilize social media platforms (such as WeChat groups, QQ groups, Douyin, Weibo, etc.) for user recruitment, content marketing, and community management, with strong social networking and content operation skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: Possess excellent communication, expression, and negotiation skills, able to build trust with potential clients and successfully promote products and convert users.
- Positive work attitude and execution capability: Have a strong initiative and self-drive, able to independently complete sales tasks and achieve goals.
- Market sensitivity and competitive analysis: Possess strong market insight, able to quickly understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing suggestions for adjustments in sales strategies.
- Offline event organization ability: Experience in organizing offline events, able to plan and execute small salons, dinners, and other social activities to promote in-depth communication and relationship building with potential clients.
- Data analysis capability: Able to analyze social media, sales data, etc., to optimize sales strategies and content marketing effectiveness, enhancing work efficiency and conversion rates.
