1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred;

2. Solid foundation in Python application with 1-2 years of trading experience in cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets;

3. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure;

4. Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, and strict adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Possession of CFA, CFP, or similar professional certification;

2. Proven track record in quantitative trading;

3. Active accounts on multiple cryptocurrency exchanges.
