Description

  1. Responsible for receiving inquiries from users via online customer service tools and addressing users' concerns;
  2. Provide timely feedback on issues occurring in the process, collecting and organizing problems;
  3. Possess strong business acumen, able to understand essential business concepts after training. Financial knowledge and experience are preferred;
  4. Identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and facilitate problem-solving and process optimization;
  5. Able to adapt to shift work, including long night shifts.


Requirements

  1. Strong logical thinking ability, capable of assessing the genuine needs of users;
  2. Fluency in Japanese and English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus;
  3. Passionate about customer service, accountable for customer experience, and capable of providing comprehensive solutions to problems;
  4. Effectively adjust communication methods and styles based on different audiences;
  5. Possess self-management skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
  6. Demonstrate good learning ability, adept at discovery and self-summarization;
  7. Experience in providing customer support through various methods, including telephone, email, work orders, and online chat services.
