  • Install, configure, and deploy hardware and devices used in bus operations (routers, CCTV, GPS, POS, tablets, inspector body cameras).
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure systems are working effectively.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues (on-site or remote).
  • Support field teams with technical concerns and service requests.
  • Maintain inventory and logs of IT equipment, repairs, and replacements.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for servicing and support.
  • Provide documentation of device deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Conduct system performance checks and report recurring issues.
  • Provide support during system rollouts, upgrades, or changes.
  • Assist with software installation and updates.
  • Ensure systems comply with data and operational security standards.
