- Facilitates document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution.
- Perform the Installation and configuration computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Perform the monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, printers and software
- Resolve issues of users via phone, in person, or electronically.
- Partake on IT special projects and other activities.
- Graduate of Information Technology or any equivalent bachelor's degree
- With at least 5 years of experience as IT Technical Support
- Must have strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Flexible and capable of doing field work for IT special projects
- Willing to report onsite and be assigned to work in Makati City
