We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth daily IT operations, supporting both end-users and infrastructure across our organization. From troubleshooting issues to supporting system upgrades and contributing to security efforts, you’ll help drive reliable and secure technology services.


1. End-User Support & Service Delivery

  • Provide hands-on and remote support for day-to-day technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with internal and third-party teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Deliver IT support across multiple office sites as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assets, support incidents, and user access logs.


2. Infrastructure & Network Maintenance

  • Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment including laptops, printers, routers, and servers.
  • Support network-related tasks such as cable management, device setup, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Monitor the performance of systems and applications to ensure high availability.
  • Participate in patching, system updates, and routine maintenance.


3. Security & Compliance Support

  • Assist with monitoring security systems and reporting unusual network activity.
  • Help enforce IT policies and procedures related to data security and access control.
  • Support internal cybersecurity training initiatives to raise awareness among employees.
  • Contribute to compliance efforts with internal standards and external regulations.


4. Project Involvement & IT Improvements

  • Participate in the rollout and implementation of new technologies, systems, and IT tools.
  • Assist in system migrations, deployments, and testing activities.
  • Contribute to documentation and training materials for users.
  • Provide input on how to enhance IT operations and improve support processes.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in technical support roles.
  • Working knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and standard office software.
  • Basic networking knowledge, including LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and switch/router functionality.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring, cybersecurity tools, and best practices is a plus.
