  • We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented IT Technical Support Specialist to provide assistance with troubleshooting, hardware, software, and networking issues for our employees or customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

    • Requirements

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.

    Experience:

    • Previous experience (1-3 years) in IT support, helpdesk, or a technical support role.
    • Familiarity with IT service management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
