Description
- Provide technical support to staff, focusing on hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of network systems
- Keep track of IT support requests and solutions
- Help implement new technologies and upgrades
- Support the IT team and collaborate on system and network improvements
- Provide basic IT training and guidance to users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of hardware components (PCs, printers, network devices)
- Experience troubleshooting technical problems
- Good communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work well independently or in a team
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on new technologies
