Job Description:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers


Requirements and skills:

  • 1-5 years’ experience as an IT help desk
  • College Graduate
  • Global Service desk experience.
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered


Non-negotiable Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Immediate candidates only
  • Bachelor's Degree with Diploma and/or TOR
  • 2 years course (no back subject) with TOR
  • Must have experience in ticketing systems either ServiceNow, Active Directory or CRM.
  • Must have experience in global technical support
