Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
- Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, and reconciliation of physical inventory to system records.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Maintain and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze data to support inventory planning and decision-making.
- Train, lead, and evaluate the performance of inventory staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Course, or related field preferred.
- At least years of experience in inventory control or warehouse supervision.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
