Position Title: Jr. Auditor

Job Purpose: The Junior Auditor for Bugo Internal Audit Services assists the Bugo Internal Audit Services Lead Auditor in the performance of assurance and consulting activities in accordance with the Global Internal Audit Standards as required by relevant regulations and in support of business imperatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Bugo audits according to the quarterly audit plans
• Review conduct of audits for compliance with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) International Professional Practices Framework.
• Ensure compliance with IA’s quality assurance programs by making use of prescribed forms, checklists, reporting templates, administrative and execution tools (Microsoft O365, Notion and Risk Management System) and analytics tools (SAS).
• Regularly report progress of audits and audit results to Lead Auditor and audit clients in a timely manner to allow meaningful intervention.
• Update the Lead Auditor and audit clients immediately if there are significant observations that need immediate attention.
• Assist the Lead Auditor in supervising the work of co-sourced auditors and in the execution of administrative functions that maybe assigned to him by the lead Auditor.
• Ensure that the work of co-sourced auditors assigned under him in each audit engagement is executed in accordance with the audit program
• Execute administrative assignments that may be given by the Lead Auditor from time to time.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Certified Public Accountant or equivalent certification or education level.
• Preferably with at least 1-year related experience.
