At Alehar, as an international boutique investment bank, we specialize in Fundraising, M&A, Fractional CFO Team and Fractional Investment Team services for startups, medium-sized businesses and investors. Here’s what you’ll be doing

Role

You’ll dive into the world of investment banking advisory, gaining hands-on experience and exposure from day one. Your efforts will directly support our senior team members and contribute to the success of our clients. In this role, you will:

  • Support team members in preparation of financial and strategic analyses
  • Research industry trends and prepare comprehensive sector reports
  • Support the execution of corporate finance advisory transactions
  • Aid in commercial activities to help us source new clients
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the creation of compelling content

You Need These Qualifications

  • You are currently pursuing your Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, IT, Math or Economics. If you have a degree in another discipline but you can demonstrate a passion for finance you are certainly welcome to apply
  • You have a team-focused entrepreneurial personality with a ‘high growth’ mindset
  • You possess a self-empowered work style with drive to execute work independently
  • You have a strong affinity for both the analytical/quantitative and commercial aspects of the advisory business

It would be nice if

  • You have international experience, adding a global perspective to your work
  • You have completed the CFA Level 1 exam
