Description
- Sell and promote insurance products to clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Handle claims and assist clients throughout the process.
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Skills and Competencies: FINRA Licensed 6, 7, or 26; strong communication and analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with some remote work flexibility; may involve client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and able to work independently.
