Description
- Install, repair, and maintain structures using various materials.
- Construct and finish masonry, including brick and stonework.
- Build and install wooden structures, including framing and cabinetry.
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum 3-5 years in installation, masonry, or carpentry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills; proficiency in masonry techniques.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor and indoor settings; may involve heavy lifting and exposure to weather.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, good communicator, and team player.
