Description

  1. Masonry Installation: Install and repair masonry structures like brick walls, stone foundations, sidewalks, patios, chimneys, and other concrete elements.
  2. Surface Preparation: Prepare and level surfaces before laying bricks, tiles, or other materials, ensuring a solid foundation for installation.
  3. Mixing Materials: Prepare mortar, concrete, and other materials, mixing them to the correct consistency and ensuring quality for the task at hand.
  4. Woodwork Construction: Construct, install, and repair wooden structures such as frameworks, staircases, doors, windows, and furniture.
  5. Measuring and Cutting: Measure materials accurately and cut wood or other materials according to specifications using hand and power tools.
  6. Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine dimensions and materials needed for projects.

Requirements

  • Requirements:

    1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in masonry or construction is often preferred.

    1. Experience: Previous experience as a mason or working in the construction industry, typically 2-3 years.

    1. Physical Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods.

  • Requirements:

    1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship in carpentry is typically required.

    1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in carpentry, especially with framing, woodworking, and furniture construction.

    1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using carpentry tools such as saws, drills, hammers, chisels, and measuring instruments.
