• We are looking for an Fashion Engineer who is innovative and has a technical understanding of the clothing production process, textile materials, and fashion product development.
• This position is ideal for those with a background in textile engineering or industrial engineering with a strong interest in the fashion industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop fashion products from a technical perspective (patterns, structure, materials, production efficiency)
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality control teams
• Conduct research on new materials and the latest textile technologies
• Optimize production processes to be more efficient and environmentally friendly
• Create technical product specifications (Tech Pack) and standard production documentation
• Oversee product testing processes and analyze material performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in the fashion or textile manufacturing industry
• Understanding of garment production processes and basic pattern techniques
• Proficient in using technical design software (such as AutoCAD, CLO3D, or Gerber) is a plus
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work in cross-functional teams
• Passionate about fashion & product innovation
