Description
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or applying primers.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other protective coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Inspect finished work for quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required; training in painting techniques preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in industrial painting.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of painting methods, mixing paints, costing, planning, forecasting, and strong observation skills.
- Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and industrial settings.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, good communication, and ability to work independently or as a team.
